Our concept of camping is freedom to choose:
Choose the pitch you prefer and choose how long you want to stay.
This is why most pitches within the campsite CANNOT BE BOOKED.
For the non-bookable pitches, we cannot guarantee availability upon your arrival.

BOOKABLE PITCHES:
The option to book a pitch is only available for the months of JULY and AUGUST.
Only those pitches coloured in the map "Pitches on reservation" can be reserved.

DETAILED INFORMATION
BOOKING REQUEST: bookings are accepted for a minimum stay of 7 nights. Booking is nominal. Each individual family must send the request with their first and last name. After the request has been sent, if there is availability, the booking office will send out instructions on how to confirm the booking. In case your request cannot be fulfilled, alternative solutions may be proposed.
DEPOSIT: a deposit is required to guarantee the reservation by bank transfer
BOOKING COSTS: each booking request has an additional cost of: €25.00 for Standard pitches, €35.00 for Comfort pitches, €45.00 for Lakeside/Deluxe pitches
which will be charged upon payment of the deposit. In the event of cancellation for any reason of a confirmed booking, the booking fee will be retained in any case.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION: the booking is considered confirmed and binding only after the "CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING" email has been sent by the booking office. The booking confirmation must be shown by the guest when checking in at the campsite.
CHECK-IN: registration can be carried out from 13:00 until 20:00. In the event of a delay, it is compulsory to notify Reception in order to gain access after 20:00.
PITCH NUMBER: for organisational reasons, it is not possible to book: specific number, specific location and/or two or more neighbouring pitches. It is only possible to book the type of pitch. Therefore, even if preferences are indicated, the Booking Office cannot guarantee that they will be met. The assigned number will only be communicated upon arrival at the campsite and cannot be changed. PAYMENT: The full amount of the booking must be paid on the day of arrival, even if the stay is shortened or interrupted for any reason (it is the right of the management to re-occupy the unit once it has been vacated).

CANCELLATIONS: should only be communicated by email (telephone cancellations are not accepted). A reply email from the Booking Office is the only proof of cancellation. Without an official email of the cancellation, the booking cannot be considered cancelled.
The Booking Office retains the right to re-occupy the unit and the amount of said cancellation will not be refunded with future bookings.
We would like to remind you that for all eventualities it is advisable to take out insurance in advance with an insurance company of your choice.
